In the video, the Hulu star flaunted her curvy figure as she donned a steamy lace dress.
Kim had her blonde hair curled like the legendary star in The Seven Year Itch.
The cameramen took pictures of the reality star in her see-through dress while she licked her ice cream.
Kim smashed the lens of a camera with her cone before walking away.
She captioned the post: “La Dolce Vita.”
The collaboration with the billionaire comes ahead of Dolce and Gabbana’s women’s spring/summer 2023 fashion show.
The fashion show is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 24th at 2:30 pm CEST.
